Foxx Life Sciences presents its sterile, single-use EZBiopure Titanium Round Media Bottle Assembly, available in Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG) or Polystyrene (PS).
Designed for fluid transfer and storage, this assembly features an angled shoulder for smooth pouring and molded grips for a secure hold, even with gloves. With Foxx's patented VersaCap, these assemblies need no machining, ideal for single-use applications.
Each assembly includes EZBiopure TR Bottle, Open Cap with Adapter, Close Cap for Storage, TPE Tubing (ID 1/8” × OD ¼”), Fittings with Male & Female Connectors(CPC MPC/AQS or Plug), Diptube for Precise Draw, 0.22µm Vent Filter, Ratchet-Style Pinch Clamp. Each unit is double-bagged and Gamma Sterilized in the USA.

They are ergonomic, clear, leakproof, sterile, particulate matter free, and ideal packaging containers. The bottles are also available with custom cap configurations along with tamper evident and standard closure. They are pacakged in a multi-layer elastomer barrier for clean room operations. Bottles are manufactured using FDA approved resin.

Bottles withstand temperatures down to -125C for freezing applications, and can be autoclaved at 121C for 20 minutes up to ten times. Gamma-irradiated. Assembled in a Class 10,000 Cleanroom. Packaged in double-bagged trays. 100% USP Class VI, ADCF-free materials. VersaCaps with vented membranes or molded hose barbs available separately.

Gamma sterilized non-pyrogenic media bottles manufactured from USP Class VI (PETG) polyethylene terephthalate copolyester with tamperproof white polypropylene caps. Tamperproof caps provide a visual indication that the bottle has not been opened once sealed. Once sealed the tamperproof ring will separate from the cap giving a visual indication that the bottle has been opened. Pyrogen, DNase, RNase and Particle-Free. Made To Order MTO Single Use Sterile 2000mL (2L) PETG Media Bottle Assemblies with Tubing and Vent Filters. EZBio MTO Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies include a 2-port 53B VersaCap assembly with 1/8" ID (3.2mm) x 1/4" OD (6.4mm) Imaweld® TPE Tubing and diptube. This bottle assembly features polypropylene luer locks that connect small diameter tubing with secure, leak-proof connections. Additionally, all bottle assemblies include a 0.2µm Hydrophobic PTFE Vent Filter that allows for ventilation while preventing media from escaping in the event of a spill. All EZBio "MTO" Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies also include an extra closed cap for storage and a ratchet style pinch clamp that allows the user to control flow into the container or close off the line entirely. The EZBio "MTO" Bottle Assembly is the perfect option to phase out costly stainless steel apparatuses that are expensive to clean and validate. USP Class VI components, Gamma Irradiated in USA.
